Prepare Your Barn for a Hundredfold Harvest
When Isaac planted his crops that year, he harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted, for the LORD blessed him.
He became a very rich man, and his wealth continued to grow. (Genesis 26:12-13)
This form of blessing is truly unique. I have heard of multiple harvests and blessings of tenfold, but to have a harvest a hundred times greater is happily exceptional. Indeed, anyone witnessing such blessings could become envious.
The responsibility the Lord required of Isaac was to clear the land and plant the crops. As the apostle Paul said, "I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase."
Have you ever experienced a severe drought or famine? The feeling of hopelessness and our efforts spiraling downward, leading to exhaustion and surrendering to fate? I have been greatly beaten down. I know what it means to be brought low.
But I can hear the sound of abundance of rain. Just like when the Lord restored the health of Naaman, where his flesh grew as that of a baby. Such restoration brings freshness and vitality. It's a revival that restores the years lost to sickness, disease, pain, discomfort, and abandonment. What a remarkable comeback!
May you prepare your barn for a hundredfold restoration. Remember, this is for an appointed time, where you will undoubtedly experience unending favor and grace.
Amen.
